LINER 15 YEAR WARRANTY

Paradis Pools LLC warrants this liner against seam separation for a period of (15) seasons from the date of installation, on a pro rata basis. Each season to end December 31 st of the calendar year. Warranty is as follows:

First season

100% of the liner price is covered 70% of the liner price is covered 60% of the liner price is covered 50% of the liner price is covered 40% of the liner price is covered 30% of the liner price is covered 20% of the liner price is covered

Second season Third season Fourth season Fifth season Sixth season 7 th -15 th season

LABOR TO REPLACE A DEFECTIVE LINER IS PROVIDED BY PARADIS POOLS LLC AND IS COVERED 100% FOR THE 15 SEASONS FROM DATE OF ORIGINAL INSTALLATION. The warranty covers the liner, as stated above, and the labor only. We will not be responsible for any water or chemical loss or any other damages that may occur there from. Any claim of a defective liner should be reported to our office immediately. This warranty is void against shrinkage if pool is emptied (pool water can be cleaned no matter how dirty with proper filtration and chemicals.) This warranty is non-transferable. Any damage done to the liner because of neglect, vandalism, ice damage, punctures or cuts are not covered under warranty . All warranty claims must be verified by our company prior to any replacement work. We can be reached at 860 747 – 0585. Proof of purchase must be provided for any warranty work to be done. (Your proposal and acceptance form is acceptable) Slight wrinkles appearing during the installation of a pool liner is natural. This is caused be an over allowance of vinyl material to avoid damage to the liner if shrinkage should occur. Please note: The liner is not a structural part of the pool, its only function is to keep water from leaking out of the pool. The water pressure is held by the pool wall and structural parts, not by the liner. Do not stretch your liner. This will automatically void the warranty.
